Please join Bern’s Fine Wines & Spirits and SideBern’s restaurant for a Shellfish Degustation paired with wines from the Touraine region of France. The Touraine AOC is located in the heart of France’s Loire Valley. The wines of the Touraine are aromatic, bright and lively with refreshing acidity, fresh fruits and strong minerality, making them an ideal match for Chef Chad Johnson’s Shellfish Degustation. The evening will be a casual, walk-around styled event on the SideBern’s patio and inside Bern’s Fine Wines & Spirits. Please see below for the proposed menu (subject to change):
