On Thursday June 27th, Loire Valley Wines was welcoming 7 journalists on a beautiful boat for a unique experience: The Loire Cruise!

I enjoyed so much the cruise and Arthur is one of the most entertaining sommeliers. I’m compiling something about a writeup regarding Loire Valley wines and I’d like to include the bottles we tried during the cruise. It will mostly be like a piece explaining the wines/history of the area with a few recommendations for people to try    .

The boat took our journalists, lead by the Sommelier Arthur Hon on a cruise on the Hudson River to discover the diversity on the Loire Valley Wines.To give the best of the wines, they were paired with local product specifically picked for the wine.

I loved this original experience. As a wine blogger I’m often invited to more classic events so it’s good to participate to a whole new experience with one of my favorite wine regions. I will visit Loire this summer so this was the perfect introduction
