On June 9th, we invited fancy and connected guests from the Hamptons to a fresh and fruity summer night in Southampton (NY): Summersips with Wine Enthusiast.
We were delighted that François Lieubeau, winemaker in the Loire Valley, joined us on this special occasion to spread Loire Valley Wine’s diversity with 8 different wines, included the appellations: Menetou-Salon, Pouilly Fumé, Crémant de Loire, Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine, Rosé de Loire, Touraine Sauvignon and Chinon.
A collection completed with a selection of hors d’œuvre mixing colors, sea food and delight to reveal all the Loire’s flavors. The pleasures of the tasting included a full musical experience with a DJ and a saxophonist to bring some summer moves to the party.
